The Ultraglide system, with enhanced thermal insulation properties, is designed for sliding or lift-and-slide structures. UG sliding structures are particularly suitable for residential buildings, especially apartments and public buildings. This system meets the latest requirements for thermal insulation, aesthetics and security, offering various options, including a low-threshold UG version and a 90° corner solution.
Thanks to its parameters, Ultraglide allows structures with very large sliding sashes to be designed. The maximum dimensions possible in this system are: sash height Hs=3300 mm and sash width Bs=3200 mm. The Ultraglide system allows large yet stable windows and sliding doors to be made, with a maximum sash weight of 250 kg for the sliding version and 400 kg for the lift-and-slide version.
The structure includes a frame with 3, 5 and 7 chambers, with combinations of two, three and four elements possible on a two-track system. The profiles accommodate various fittings available on the market, with manual or automatic closing. Different types of infill can also be used, including double or triple glazing.
