We operate an integrated management system in accordance with the requirements of the standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, which applies to:

a) the manufacture and installation of windows, doors and curtain walls made from PVC and aluminium profiles

b) the manufacture and installation of insulating glass.

The scope physically includes:

a) production halls where manufacturing processes take place,

b) construction sites where our workers install products,

c) the Stup showroom.

Through our manufacturing process, we create high-quality products designed to meet the demands of a dynamic environment and the needs of a demanding market.

We manufacture, install and service:

• PVC, ALU, wooden and wood-aluminium windows and doors,

• thermally insulating glass,

• curtain walls,

• thermally insulating sandwich panels made of PVC and ALU materials, and

• storefront systems, garage doors, roller shutters, louvred shutters, insect screens, window sills and drip profiles.

We also powder-coat metal profiles (ALU and steel). We use our expertise, high-quality raw materials, modern machinery and technology to deliver premium products in this field to our customers.

From a small production facility to an export-oriented company with over 150 employees, SAPLAST is a Bosnian and Herzegovinian company founded in 1997 with its headquarters in Sarajevo. Production Facilities

The SAPLAST d.o.o. Sarajevo production facility is located in Hadžići, covers approximately 12.000 square metres and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The entire production process is monitored by a centralised computer system, ensuring precision and efficiency at every stage.

We have implemented multiple levels of production quality control at the facility. Our high-quality window units are designed to provide optimal protection against temperature variations and noise, making them ideal for different climates and locations.

We place particular emphasis on the long-term sustainability of our products, using materials and processes that reduce environmental impact. Our production meets the highest standards of environmental responsibility, making us a reliable partner for projects requiring environmentally friendly solutions, as also confirmed by ISO 14001 environmental certification.

PVC Facility

Our PVC facility has three automated production lines with a capacity of around 200 units per day.

Aluminium Facility

Aluminium components are cut, processed and assembled in our aluminium facility, the second most important segment of our production. The ALU and wood-ALU facilities consist of two production lines with a capacity of around 80 units per day. Thanks to highly sophisticated equipment and top-quality input materials, we ensure the delivery of components made to the highest European standards.

Our aluminium facility is distinguished by exceptional flexibility and versatility in processing window systems. We offer a broad range of solutions that can be adapted to different client requirements and specifications. Wood-Aluminium Facility

Our wood-aluminium facility is equipped with technology enabling precise processing and construction solutions in the manufacture of wood-ALU components. Innovation is central to our approach, allowing us to constantly improve our processes and products.

In the production process, we place great emphasis on precision when processing wood-aluminium window components, in line with the latest trends and requirements of modern architecture. Wood-ALU systems are ideal for projects where both aesthetic and functional requirements matter. The outer aluminium layer protects against the weather, while the inner wooden layer brings warmth and a natural appearance to interiors. Insulating Glass Production

Our insulating glass production facility follows the most modern manufacturing process and complies with the highest quality standards, as demonstrated by the Cekal Standard, which provides internationally recognised proof of product quality and an advantage in marketing products.

Our insulating glass is designed with particular emphasis on optimising solar energy and the solar factor. The g-factor is the coefficient of solar energy transmission through glass, including both direct solar radiation and energy absorbed and re-emitted towards the room's interior.

An optimally adjusted g-factor enables efficient use of solar energy, reducing the need for additional heating or cooling.

Our products contribute to building energy efficiency, ensuring comfort and reduced costs for end users.

Powder Coating

We also highlight our powder coating process, which allows us to respond quickly to complex market requirements. We use IGP high-quality powder coatings with a homogeneous microtexture for aluminium surfaces.

Special Materials and Structures

A production unit has been established for all special materials, structures and components of non-standard dimensions and shapes, managing their manufacture with regard to their characteristics and production complexity.

SAPLAST is committed to environmental protection and sustainable business through renewable energy use and environmentally friendly solutions. As an environmentally responsible company, we hold ISO 14001 environmental certification. Our production processes use energy from renewable sources such as photovoltaic solar power plants, reducing CO2 emissions and our environmental footprint. We also actively recycle production waste, contributing to the conservation of natural resources and improved quality of life for present and future generations.

Showroom and Additional Activities

In addition to the production facility, our showroom is located at Nikole Šopa 245 in Sarajevo, where clients can obtain more information and a better insight into our products. To develop procurement and strengthen stakeholder relations, our group also includes Koncept Bau and the Koncept Residence hotel in Sarajevo. Koncept Bau specialises in procuring raw materials and components for Saplast production, while the Concept Residence hotel was established primarily to accommodate and look after our business associates during business cooperation and meetings.

Exports and International Business

Our products have been supplied to international markets since 1999, and today the European market accounts for over 80% of our turnover. To operate successfully in accordance with all European market requirements, SAPLAST has branches in Croatia and France.
