ST 85 BS

ST-85-SK
Fischer – FRANCE – SAPLAST

The system SAPLAST TERMO 85 BS is intended for the manufacture of windows, balcony doors (inward opening) and fixed glazed structures. This profile system has a thermal break with a basic frame installation depth of 82 mm. Its distinctive sash is shaped to blend completely into the frame from the outside. As a result, the visible width of the window profile is limited to the frame width, excluding the sash width seen in other window systems. The thermal break is achieved using 34 mm-wide polyamide strips. To further improve the thermal properties of the profiles, shaped XPS inserts (extruded polystyrene – λ=0,035 W/m2K) are fitted into the profile chambers; these profiles carry an F in their designation. Sealing is provided by EPDM gaskets. Various window opening types are possible: tilt, turn and tilt-and-turn. The system is compatible with facade systems. The fittings installed in the system are standard for a 15/20 Eurogroove.
