PRODUCTION OPERATOR

• cutting and preparing profiles and materials according to work orders;
• processing PVC and ALU profiles and components;
• fitting hardware to windows and doors;
• glazing;
• assembling and installing window and door components;
• manufacturing and assembling roller shutters and associated components;
• operating various machines, tools and production equipment;
• checking product quality during production;
• handling materials, tools and production equipment correctly;
• keeping the workspace clean and tidy;
• following prescribed procedures and occupational safety measures;
• performing other production tasks according to work organisation requirements and the immediate supervisor's instructions.

• secondary school education/skilled worker qualification, preferably in a technical or metalworking field;
• experience in window and door manufacturing or related work is desirable;
• experience with PVC and ALU windows and doors, roller shutters, hardware fitting or glazing is desirable;
• knowledge of working with hand and power tools;
• precision and responsibility at work;
• willingness to perform different operations in the production process;
• ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in window and door manufacturing is an advantage, but is not essential if the candidate has strong practical skills, a responsible approach and a willingness to learn.
