Building the future together – SAPLAST joins the EmployVET project

At SAPLAST, investing in young people means investing in a safer, more successful future for everyone. We were delighted to participate in filming a promotional video for the project “Engaging Employers in Relevant and Resilient Vocational Education (EmployVET)”, delivered with the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hadžići Secondary School Centre and regional partners, supported by the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme.

Filming took place at our premises, where we and the students demonstrated practical work and knowledge sharing. Our craftspeople and students conveyed an important message together: learning is best when theory connects with real workplace experience.

Our representatives discussed vocational education, school-business cooperation and the benefits for students and employers. Students gain confidence, experience and employability skills, while companies such as SAPLAST work with young talent and help them become skilled professionals.

We are proud SAPLAST is recognised as a good-practice example and, alongside Porsche Sarajevo and Hadžići Secondary School Centre, is part of a story promoting practical learning.

Each partnership sends a strong message: education and business working together can empower young people and enable them to drive future development.
